On Thursday's episode, Olivia meets Alicia who has spent over £250,000 on cosmetic surgery. During her meeting with Olivia, Alicia shows her images of herself before she embarked on her cosmetic surgery journey, leaving the presenter visibly shocked.
Handing Olivia a photo album of her surgery journey, Alicia says: "This is what I used to look like... but it's also like the whole transformation!" Pointing out one before photo, she says: "That was in 2016!"

To which Olivia gasps before adding: "Oh my God! What the hell!" Explaining the photo, Alicia continues: "What you see there is me, I think I'm probably like 18 at the time? Completely natural."
Olivia then asks: "Do you think this girl here had any idea how your life would be and how you'd look?" to which Alicia admits: "No, to people who really knew me back then, knew what I was like.
"It wouldn't be a big shock because I've always sort of been quite outgoing, confident, sexual and stuff like that. I just needed to find my niche!"
Olivia went on to ask: "Do you feel like if you look back, you know, there's things that you've gone without because you've chosen to spend the money on surgery or..."
To which Alicia insists: "There's never been anything I didn't do just because I had my plastic surgery. I choose my health and my looks over everything.
"I spend a lot of money on doing stuff I put into my body such as food and that kind of thing. I spend a lot of money on getting the right kind of filler, the best products."
Asking if she'll ever wake up one day wanting to be "completely natural" again, Alicia responds: "No, this is so much fun! I just have such a fun life with it and I would never want it to change."
